Pavan originally hails from California, and has worked in the US, Kenya, and the UK, where he currently resides. He began his career in healthcare consulting, and then was a Manager at Bain & Company. As an operator, Pavan serves as Chief of Staff at Omnipresent, a VC-backed startup, leading strategy and special projects.

Sagar has lived in many parts of the US, and worked in India. He partnered with clients across the globe as a consultant at Bain & Company, and also served as COO for a VC-backed marketplace, helping lead to its sale. Recently, he is a founder at Conflux, a company focused on modernizing various activities in the real estate sector.
